Product detailed description
Copper Black Jig Nymph. One of the most universal nymphing pattern that has it's place in every fly box. This is a custom made black jig nymph tied on a high quality jig hook. Nymphs tied on jig hooks ride "upside down" and therefore allow to fish the bottom of the river without getting too many snags. Tungsten bead will get your fly quickly to the bottom where fish are feeding. Copper in combination with black works great on grayling and trout.

This is a fantastic nymph in 4mm as the point fly. Works extremely well on my local rivers here in South Wales Ebbw, Usk, Rhymney, Lwyd. Especially after a bit of rain when there is a slight bit of colour to the water. The dark pattern shows really well in these conditions always a staple in my fly box.
