A Shipping in Slovakia is EUR 3.90 by courier (GLS). Shipping in Slovakia is FREE from EUR 39.90.
B Shipping to Czech Republic is EUR 4.90 by courier (GLS). Air express DHL delivery is EUR 15.90. Shipping to Czech Republic is FREE from EUR 49.90.
C Delivery to EU countries is handled by international post or fast courier (GLS) and shipping charge starts at EUR 6.90. FREE shipping is provided from EUR 79.90 / 99.90. Shipping to non-EU countries by international post starts at EUR 7.90, and is FREE from EUR 99.90. Each shipment (courier or post) is trackable, ie. has the unique tracking ID. Air express delivery by DHL is EUR 19.95 / 34.95 (ref. to table above).
AT - Austria, DE - Germany, PL - Poland, HU - Hungary.
D Shipping for Zone 5 (USA, United Kingdom, Canada) will be handled by International Parcel Post Service (tracking number provided) and cost EUR 7.90. FREE shipping to US, UK & Canada starts at EUR 99.90.
E Shipping for Zone 6 (World) will be handled by International Post Service (tracking number provided) at a fee of EUR 9.90. FREE shipping for Zone 6 starts from EUR 149.90. Air express delivery by DHL is EUR 34.95.
Please note that shipments outside EU zone may be subject to customs clearance and additional fees. Please check with your local custom office what custom procedures/rules apply in you country.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Slovakia. No additional fee is charged if you decided for COD.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Delivery times are summarized on top of this page. Delivery times in the table above are estimates only and may vary in certain circumstances.
Ready-made flies (in stock) are available to ship immediately and there is no minimum order quantity.
Pre-order flies are produced after the customer places an order (ie. not kept in stock). The production time vary based on current workload and is between 1 - 4 weeks (if sooner, you will be notified by email). If you would like to do some specific adjustments to the flies you have ordered please leave a comment with your order and we will take it into consideration. Orders which contain pre-ordered and stocked items are shipped together, at the moment the order is completed.
Cancellation Rights / Returns Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days as long as it's in sellable condition (unused, clean, undamaged, all packaging intact. Basically just how you received it). Proof of purchase is required for all returns, so please include a copy of your original invoice. If a product is returned in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to the customer.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you cancel the order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend you use a traceable delivery solution as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.
The right to cancel does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized, ie. custom made fishing flies.
