Shipping & Returns
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days as long as it's in sellable condition (unused, clean, undamaged, all packaging intact. Basically just how you received it). Proof of purchase is required for all returns, so please include a copy of your original invoice. If you return a product in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to you and you will not receive a refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend you use a traceable delivery solution as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.
If order is not collected at all by the customer, we are entitled to deduct the delivery and other related costs (e.g. custom fees, 10% restocking fee, etc.) incurred in connection with the order realisation. 10% restocking fee is calculated from the total order value and is applicable only on orders not collected by the customer. Please note that 14 days return policy does not apply on custom-made products such as fishing flies.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping minimum order (amounts in EUR)
A Shipping in Slovakia is EUR 3.90 by courier (GLS) and EUR 4.90 via Slovenska Posta. If you choose Zásielkovňa the shipping is EUR 4.50 (please select a branch where would you like to deliver your order). Shipping in Slovakia is FREE from EUR 39.90.
B Shipping to Czech Republic is EUR 4.90 by courier (GLS). If you choose Zásielkovňa the shipping is EUR 5.50 (please select a branch where would you like to deliver your order). Shipping to Czech Republic is FREE from EUR 49.90.
C COUNTRY CODES used: HU (Hungary), PL (Poland), AT (Austria), DE (Germany), CH (Switzerland), SI (Slovenia), RO (Romania), HR (Croatia), RS (Serbia), ES (Spain), PT (Portugal), IT (Italy), FR (France), NL (Netherland), BE (Belgium), LU (Luxembourg), IE (Ireland), UK (United Kingdom), BG (Bulgaria).
Shipping in Zone 3 & 4 (Europe) will be handled by courier (GLS) for following countries: SI, RO, HR, RS, ES, PT, IT, FR, NL, BE, LU, IE, UK, BG. Shipping for other countries will be handled by International Parcel Post Service. Both services are tracked (ie. you will get a tracking number based on which you can monitor the location of your parcel). Shipping to countries in Zone 3 (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Switzerland) is EUR 6.90, FREE shipping starts from EUR 69.90. Shipping to other European countries is EUR 7.90, FREE from EUR 79.90.
D Shipping for Zone 5 (USA, New Zealand, Canada) will be handled by International Parcel Post Service (tracking number provided) and cost EUR 6.90. FREE shipping to Zone 5 starts from EUR 69.90. Please see shipping rates for Fishing Flies below.
E Shipping for Zone 6 (World) will be handled by International Parcel Post Service (tracking number provided) at a fee of EUR 9.90. FREE shipping for Zone 5 starts from EUR 99.00. Flies are shipped FREE from EUR 69.90, worldwide (please enter coupon code "fliesfreeshipping" at checkout to activate).
Please note that shipments outside EU zone may be subject to customs clearance and additional fees. Please check with your local custom office what custom procedures/rules apply in you country.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Slovakia and Czech Republic. No additional fee is charged if you decided for COD. Orders from Czech Republic paid by COD method will be delivered via International Parcel Post Service.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. DELIVERY TIME for Europe varies and is usually between 1 - 10 working days. Delivery time for World is usually between 5 - 21 days. For some remote destinations, delivery time might be longer. We will notify you about the the delivery time upon your order.
