Pheasant Tail Jig Nymph - Ice Collar. Pheasant Tail Nymph (PTN) is one of the most universal nymphing pattern and has it's place in every fly box. Nymphs tied on jig hooks ride "upside down" and therefore allow to fish the bottom of the river without getting too many snags. Tungsten bead will get your fly quickly to the bottom where fish are feeding. Combination of ice dubbing and tiny hot orange collar is a perfect trigger.
