GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Order information
All prices are quoted in EUR currency. Please submit your order in writing using our order form. Our prices are dependent, to a certain extent, on currency exchange rates and are liable to alteration without notice.

Ordering from EU
All prices include value added tax ("VAT") of 20%. 

Ordering from outside the EU
Customers ordering from outside of the EU will incur a 20% administration charge for processing their order (this charge covers extra cost related to customs paperwork, additional finance / administration / shipping charges, etc.). Administration charge is included in the prices shown on this website. No VAT is charged on orders from outside of the EU.

Payment
Please indicate your payment method when ordering:

Paypal
You can pay via Paypal. Please make sure that you have a valid paypal account. We will just deduct the amount of the products we deliver.

Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club and JCB. Credit card orders can only be made in writing or through our online shop.

Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery ("COD") is for now available only in Slovakia and Czech Republic. 

Bank transfer / Deposit / SEPA
Customer from Europe are eligible to pay via bank transfer. Bank transfer deadline is 7 business days from the day of placing order (ie. money must be deposited to our account within 7 business days). Please note that we can ship the order only after the money are assigned to our account. If possible, please use SEPA payment method (learn more here) which will speed up the money transfer (it takes approx. 1-2 business days). If you decide to pay via bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank details via separate email after your order is placed.

Secure Shopping
Data security is of enormous importance to us, and we take vital steps to safeguard our customers’ information. At FLY SHOP Europe we take security seriously, this is why our entire website is secured by an SSL certificate (not just our payment pages), making you secure when browsing through our products 

We are Paypal verified and provide multiple secure payment methods to choose from whilst protecting against fraud. When ordering with us you can relax in the knowledge that your credit card information is safe and secure as we use Braintree (a Paypal company) to process our online credit card transactions. FLY SHOP Europe do not store your credit card information. If you have any questions regarding our online security please use the enquiry form on our contact page.

Our Flies
FS Europe fly patterns are designed and tied by our professional staff. We use only high quality materials and top market fly hooks. Please note that fly patterns shown on our website are illustrative. Each fly is hand made and thus there may be minor differences between fly pattern illustrated on the picture and final product. Most of the flies are kept in stock and are available to ship immediately. There is no minimum quantity. Pre-order fly patterns are produced usually within 1-3 weeks. If the production time is expected to be longer, customer will be immediately informed.

Cancellation Rights
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days as long as it's in sellable condition (unused, clean, undamaged, all packaging intact. Basically just how you received it). Proof of purchase is required for all returns, so please include a copy of your original invoice. If you return a product in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to you and you will not receive a refund. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

If you cancel the order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend you use a traceable delivery solution as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.

The right to cancel does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized, ie. custom made fishing flies.

Reservation of Ownership
Until all payment responsibilities have been fulfilled by the customer the delivered goods remain the legal property of FLY SHOP Europe who reserves its right of property until the full remittance of the purchase price.

Payment Terms
All invoices are due on the date of invoice. Through purchase you agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Business.

Warranty
Certain companies in our online store offer warranties on some goods that extends beyond that of the Slovak Jurisdiction. In our customers interest we pass these generous warranties on but we ask you to understand that when costs through services such as transport and import duties are incurred we must pass these costs on to the customer in the form of an all inclusive charge.

Errors & Omissions
In the rare event that there is an error on our site or in our catalogue, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for the affected items.

Instagram Giveaways T&C
Once in a while FLY SHOP Europe will announce an Instagram Giveaway. Instagram giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. The duration and date of the giveaway will always be announced via Instagram post on our Instagram profile. Winner will be chosen randomly at the end of giveaway. No purchase is required. The winner will be announced on our Instagram profile and contacted via phone / email.
